Performance Marketing Manager
The Role
We need a Performance Marketing Manager who lives and breathes paid media. You'll own strategy, execution, and optimization across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more for our clients. You think in ROAS, not impressions.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing paid media campaigns with $100K+ monthly budgets
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads certifications
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data visualization tools
- Experience with attribution modeling and multi-touch reporting
- Proven track record of scaling accounts profitably
